I called Lisa to ask her to take my rental property on after a tenant had left it in an absolutely appalling state. Lisa was at my property that day, she sent me a video (I live interstate) and sent pics and a thorough email of what she thought needed to happen for my property to be rented out again. Lisa organised a handyman who ended up organising the makeover and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The second the last box was ticked as far as reno went, Lisa had clients lined up and through the property – and we are renting out now for an extra $50 per week. To say I am thrilled is an understatement. I am so grateful for Lisa’s commitment and drive, she was always on my side to get the job done.
